Returns Policy
In-Store Purchases :
Please inspect your rug before purchase.
In-store purchases are non-refundable unless an item is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality. This does not affect your statutory rights.
As a gesture of goodwill, we offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days, provided the rug is returned in its original condition with proof of purchase.
As each rug is handmade and unique, exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Online Purchases :
Standard In-Stock Rugs
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Returned rugs must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging where possible.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes and any associated charges unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order any time before it ships. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Custom, Made-to-Order & Personalised Rugs (In-Store & Online)
Because custom, made-to-order, and personalised rugs are manufactured strictly to your specifications, these orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned once production begins. This policy applies to both in-store and online purchases.
