----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Be aware that natural fibre rugs are especially delicate and need to be taken care of accordingly. Knowing how to care helps to maintain the appearance and retain the original texture of the rugs.
Please follow the steps below to care your rugs:
- Using vacuum cleaner once or twice per month. It helps to suck out stuck soils and dirt.
- Use scissors to cut the ends of the loose threads of the rug.
- Avoid using rugs in a damp area.
- Do not expose too much directly to the sun.
- Always prefer to wash the rug or carpet from a professional rug cleaning company.
- If anything is spilt it is crucial to act quickly without using chemicals. Chemical might fade the colours of the rug. Do not rub or brush the pile surface. Blot gently until completely dry with plain absorbent paper. Then dilute any remaining residue with cold water without soaking the pile. Blot dry and apply more cold water repeatedly as required until the stain is removed.
- Seek professional advice if necessary.
